98-01 Integra springs for sale
Selling set of Eibach pro kit springs. Only used for a month; has been sitting in my garage for a while now.

Sorry, I know this is a noob question but are these lowering springs? if so, how much of a drop are they? I live in Oakville and would be willing to purchase if so.
