the mugen lip u gotta heat up and stretch to install
it's an aftermarket part - don't expect it to fit 100%

How to put the ABS lip on:
tape the lip onto the bumper with masking tape to hold the lip in place, then you heat up the lip's edges with a heat gun (or blowdryer but takes longer). then use a piece of pipe/wood press that soggy plastic edge into shape of your bumper, wait 5 mins for the plastic to dry, and do other side. then just drill mounting holes, and install with some stainless steel (to avoid rust)tap screws!
