Most of his parts are sold and the Intake manifold is to high end for me

you need to go obd 1. so a 00 ecu is useless

+1, if you dont have the money or knowledge to build one.. then buy a swap...
you might put together a b16 bottom with a ls head and a gsr intake manifold by mistake. plus run obd0 computer.
